We need well-trained logisticians in our 3400 m² warehouse with 2438 pallet spaces. They handle our incoming and outgoing goods. They carry out completeness checks on incoming goods, allocate warehouse space and ensure the goods are stored correctly. They load customer orders onto scanners, prepare consignments, pack them with care and then hand them over to the shipping carrier.
During the media and technology apprenticeship , our apprentices work for a certain time in most company departments as this career is very diverse in nature. The apprenticeship has computer science, commercial administration and media editing as its key areas.
Computer science skills are learned in the Production, Repair and RMA departments. In Production, our apprentices learn about computer assembly. In the Repair Department, they tackle fault analysis and the repair of defective products.
The commercial side of things is covered in Purchasing, Sales and Accounting. In the Purchasing Department, apprentices take on administrative tasks within the goods management system and are introduced to the entire ordering system. Contact with our customers comes first in Sales, where apprentices answer calls in French, English and German, record orders from our customers and answer emails. In Accounting, they are given comprehensive insight into finances.
Graphics and web publishing are taught in the Marketing Department. Apprentices learn to use digital communication channels, focusing on the needs of specific target groups, and incorporate visual material, videos, music, texts and audio files.
In cooperation with the VERDIA in Lucerne, we offer a varied and instructive apprenticeship.
Most apprentices are employed in the Purchasing Department. They handle product preparation in our goods management system as well as on the E-platform of Littlebit Technology. Furthermore, they gain insight into the entire ordering system and support the product managers in administrative work.
As a distributor, we can offer our future sales experts comprehensive commercial training in purchasing and sales. They get to know all aspects of wholesaling, from the economic processes involved to the skilful handling of our customer.
